Welcome to 73Twenty Ministries. On behalf of our entire team, it’s our joy to introduce you to the teaching, preaching, and biblical resources of Dr. Robert C. Crowder, Th.D. With over 20 years of faithful pastoral ministry and a lifetime committed to the truth of God’s Word, Dr. Crowder has devoted his life to helping others grow in grace and knowledge.
He holds a Doctor of Theology (Th.D.) and a Master of Ministry (M.Min.) and has served the local church as a pastor, teacher, author, and disciple-maker. As a retired serviceman from the United States Coast Guard, his ministry also bears the marks of discipline, endurance, and an unshakable hope in God’s promises. These values shape every sermon, study, and article found on this site.
At 73Twenty Ministries, our mission is simple but urgent:
To equip believers with biblical knowledge and practical tools to live out their faith in a confused and often dark world.

My Story
Dr. Robert C. Crowder
With over 20 years of dedicated service as a pastor and teacher, Dr. Robert C. Crowder has faithfully shepherded congregations across Texas, sharing God’s Word with clarity, passion, and a deep commitment to biblical truth. A proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Dr. Crowder served his country for 20 years before embarking on a successful career in the private sector, where he excelled in leadership roles, including managing large teams in the call center industry and founding his own company, Vanguard Computer.
In answer to God’s call, Dr. Crowder pursued theological training, earning a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry and a Doctorate in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary. His ministry journey has been marked by a love for teaching, writing, and empowering others through the Word of God. As the senior pastor of Lakeview Baptist Church in Belton, Texas, since 2017, he has witnessed God’s blessings through church growth and spiritual renewal within the congregation.
Dr. Crowder is the founder of 73Twenty Ministries, an organization dedicated to equipping believers through Bible studies, books, and sermons. His writing includes titles such as Reflections: Sermons of Gratitude, Awe, and Hope and The Mission of the Messiah: From Bethlehem to the Empty Grave.
When not serving in ministry, Dr. Crowder enjoys woodworking, photography, and creating videos of the trips he and his wife, Linda, have taken across Europe. Married to his high school sweetheart, Linda, for over 50 years, the couple resides in Morgan’s Point Resort, Texas. They are blessed with three children, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Dr. Crowder’s life verse is Psalm 119:105: “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (KJV).
